I'm a certified macro nutrition coach, a personal trainer, a wife, and a mom to five amazing kids who keep life busy and fun.
I found macro tracking after years of struggling to keep weight off and cycling through every "quick fix" diet you can imagine.
At first, I started by tracking keto macros, and while I did lose weight, after eighteen months of heavy restriction, I knew there had to be a better, more sustainable way to stay healthy and strong.
I also realized I wanted more than just weight loss — I wanted to
build something. I wanted real strength, muscle definition, and confidence. Even though the scale said I was smaller, I hadn’t built or maintained the lean muscle that makes a difference in how you look, feel, and move.
That’s when I hired a macro coach myself — and it completely changed my perspective on nutrition, fitness, and what it means to truly take care of your body.
Since then, I've spent years growing my knowledge, becoming a certified personal trainer, and pouring that passion into helping others find a better way too — one that's balanced, sustainable, and built for real life.
